Disposable piping bags are really handy, especially if you're making different creams, sweet or savoury: there's no risk of the smells or colours of the creams permeating them, because once you've finished using them, you throw them away. Available in various lengths, you can use them on their own or in combination with the spouts of the same line, for simple or more elaborate decorations. If you use them without spouts, simply cut the tip to the height corresponding to the amount of cream to be dispensed. Easy as pie!
