• In the event of a failure, it is possible to isolate the single broken pipe fraction
• Simple replacement of joints in case of deterioration
• Disadvantages:
• High cost
• High space requirement

Simple plumbing work

Some work on your plumbingsystem can be done without the help of experienced people. These ordinary maintenance interventions must be carried out in total safety. To do this, all you need to do is to close the tap that supplies water to the apartment and then check that it has stopped flowing.

The simple interventions that can be carried out on the hydraulicsystem concern the repair of taps, siphons, sanitary ware and extensions of the system.

1. Faucet replacement: to replace a faucet, proceed by loosening the lower screw to remove it from the hoses. Then replace the grommet and insert the new faucet.
2. Replacing a sanitary fixture: this is a simple operation that involves unscrewing the screws at the base of the sanitary fixture. The only thing that needs to be done for this operation is to check that the piece replaced is an element of equal size.

Once the new piece has been replaced, remember to properly grout the base of the new sanitaryware.

3. Creation of the drain lines: for this operation it is necessary to obtain grey plastic pipes (with gasket) or create curved connections with multilayer hoses.
